I need a dress!!

I’ve been doing a lot of eBay-ing lately. Not that I ended up with any purchases! I was just browsing looking for the right dress for my friend’s sister’s wedding next month. It’s gonna be my first church wedding and I’m really excited to experience what it’s like. Some of my other Muslim friends are contemplating on going because they said Muslims can’t go inside a church. I think that’s bull! Of course we can go in! It’s not like we’re praying or anything. The last time I went into a church was when my grandmother passed away. And yes, I’m still Muslim! *rolls eyes*

Anyways! Back to my dress! Yeah, I’m looking for the perfect dress for a wedding and since this is gonna be my first Christian wedding, I have absolutely no idea what kinda dress is appropriate to wear to a wedding! I found this dress and I really love it althoughhhh, I don’t really think it’s appropriate for a wedding.

But since I love it, I might just get it anyways! Hehehe.. See lah! I found another dress which was covered all up in front but had a bare back.. I really like that one too!! *sigh* This is hard. Ideas anyone? I need some help here!!

Let’s Make Our Mark!

I’ve always believed that one person can definitely make a change to make this world a better place. And I believe that if that one person has the faith that’s strong enough to enroll other people to see his/her cause, that person could definitely make a great impact on the world. I used to do a lot of community service a few years ago and it’s sad to admit that I haven’t been active in a long time. However, there is gonna be a charity event this Saturday at Wondermilk Cafe, Uptown Damansara and for those who can make it, please show up and do your part for the cause of autism.. :) The event’s gonna start from 5:30pm onwards so please do bring the whole family! Everyone is welcome to show their support!

Nowadays, there’s no excuse to not being able to make a difference. You can just hop over to RD.com - Make Your Mark page to learn about all the different causes you can be involved in. And the stories you read about other people’s efforts in making this world a better place is truly inspiring! Just take Stevie Peacock for example. Stevie is the founder of Project KINDNESS which was created in the efforts to help the needy kids of Arcadia, Florida after their school was attacked by Hurricane Charley. Her efforts are really inspiring especially for the younger generation today.

If you wanna make a difference too, go head over to Reader’s Digest Homepage and start Making Your Mark! Oh, and don’t forget about this Saturday’s charity event at Wondermilk too!! :D

My apologies..

I gotta be honest. I’ve been really lazy updating this blog and my other blog. If it weren’t for the fact that I’ve got those SS posts to do, I don’t think I’ll even be blogging. And also ads from PU2B when easy money comes in just for adding a link about memory cards or bpm. Sometimes I feel like I don’t care what I’m blogging about as long as I make money out of it. And other times the real passionate blogger in me knocks me in the head and makes me blog about ‘real’ stuff; stuff that I’m actually interested in! I’m sorry guys! I’m sorry if my boredom has been showing up in my blog and in my posts. I’ll come up with something fresh for you guys soon. Right after I post up 2 more SS posts! Hehehe.. Sorry laaahh….
