I think it was around the time I was about 19 or 20 when I suddenly had the urge to wear glasses. Not because I had to. But just because I though it’d look cool on me! LOL! I think it was around the time when the Lisa Loeb look was making a come back and glasses were cool. I kinda envied my friends who really needed to wear prescription glasses. I remember asking my mom if I could get a pair and she was like, “What for? That’s just a waste of money!” I don’t know what got into me back then. Hehe..

Now that I’m almost 27 years old, I can honestly say that my eyesight is already starting to give up on me. I think being in front of the PC the whole day is also taking a toll on my eyesight. I couldn’t see clearly as I used to. And now when I’m pretty sure I need prescription glasses, I don’t wanna use ‘em anymore. I’m afraid they’d just make me look older! I know there are a lot of funky and cool glasses out there that doesn’t exactly make you look like you suddenly aged 5 years older. And this one from Optical4less.com looks pretty decent..

I’m up early today! I have a few more stuff of Rafiq’s to pack. Gosh, I never knew such a tiny room contained so many things! I don’t mind packing up the big stuff.. But the small tiny things like memory cards, pendrives, screws, and paper clips are so tedious to pack. Rafiq’s been up blogging and packing last night too and I pity him cuz he hasn’t had a good night’s sleep since he started working. So it looks like it’s just me finishing up the packing while he gets his beauty sleep. We have the rest of the night tonight to finish up the last minute stuff and on Sunday, the lorry would come at noon to move everything back to Subang.

This afternoon would be another day of movies and some fun! Rafiq wants to do a bit of shopping too. Too bad I can’t shop. But it’s ok, I already bought a dress anyways. I can’t wait to wear the new dress that I bought the other day! I tried it on and it’s soooo comfy! Thanks Nadia! You’ll be sure to have me as your loyal customer from now on! Hehehe..
